I am very pleased that the opponents of the Perm cultural project emerged at a time when the Prime Minister because of his arrest , the resource governor " push" a decision is limited. So it will be the decision of Legislative Assembly , then there will be a reaction to it etc. It's much better than being in limbo and evasive answer questions - so curls perm cultural project or not. I certainly hope (though not absolutely guaranteed ), not curtailed. But after these battles in ex budget can respond accurately as Navalny, yes or no.
