clay, various podiums, fittings, boards, from the studio upstairs,

collector. It was first sold work Shanina.
Since 2003, he began to actively participate in international
projects - carried out the ice sculptures in winter and summer of compressed sand.
The geography of his visits to these workshops is impressive: Italy, Spain, Germany,
Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Canada, England. Repeatedly he returned
from foreign trips with prizes and awards for the skill.
An important milestone in his life became a victory for competition for young sculptors
organized by the State Tretyakov Gallery in 2005, his bronze
sculpture "Covetousness", winner of this contest, was immediately acquired
Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve and placed in a permanent exhibition
contemporary native art.
The real success was the large (the height of three meters) bronze
sculpture "Fairy chocolate" (or "Chocolate") - the world's first sculpture
work devoted to chocolate. It was in 2009, solemnly
installed in the city cover, where is the largest factory
chocolate. More than successfully passed as the first personal exhibition in Moscow
Gallery "on Clean Ponds.
The accompanying photos clearly show that Shanin - interesting
sculptor of our time, still young (born 1974), but has
enormous creative potential and has considerable experience. A pity that
he was more known abroad than in Russia.
