My preferences in painting.

In his youth, twenty years ago, I loved the Impressionists from the Pushkin Museum and the third floor of the Hermitage, but now I love the beginning of Russian 20 th century:
Petrov-Vodkin, Vrubel, Kuindzhi, Filonov, Goncharova, Popova, Serebryakova ...
The enthusiasm of the "Red Cavalry" by Malevich, but in general he did not really like.
Matyushin "Movement in Space" - clearly more interesting Rothko.
And even artists who glorified the Soviet Union: Dejneka or biscuits (the banner). Oh, I remembered a conversation about Redko "Revolt" 1924-1925.
You can continue, including the not quite well-known artists. I animal is omnivorous - I like it a lot, ranging from Rembrandt. But I do not like Rubens to the core and its huge mass. Perhaps, I can only respect the painting by Rubens from the Hermitage. What it is: the emotions of childhood, or indeed our empress at the time bought the best Rubens? Of course, Vermeer, which in our time seems quite modern painter.
In my collection I have a realistic painting, and even the type of Sots Art (but I would argue about ownership of my paintings to this style), and grew up to abstraction. But while I prefer the abstraction of meaning - when a color stains my brain gives rise to emotions, moods or images. Pure abstraction can not understand and do not like.
Like any Russian man who missed the light and warmth and love the bright colors. If the picture excellent color and interesting texture - that's great! But good colorists bit. Simply daub colored squares or do photorealism. Brightness in the picture is very dangerous - step left or right - and quickly go from art to marasmus or pop.
I do not like conceptual. That is, I can respect a good idea, but do not understand where the advertising than artistic value. Since he invented in his life and did advertising (including printing), then do not understand attempts to give it for something ...
Sorry for money:
1) Goncharova, Hoar, 1910-1911, detail
2) Matyushin, movement in space, 1920, fragment
3) Kuindzhi, Set, 1900s
4) Labas, train goes, 1929
5) Malyavin, two girls, 1910e
6) Boltovich, Fresh Wind, 1916
7) Petrov-Vodkin, Affection evil hearts, 1914-15
8) Rozanov, Pointless Arrangement, 1916
9) Ender, experience new spatial arrangements, 1920
10) Redko, Rebellion, 1924-25
