Collaborated in the U.S. and Soviet publications ("Russian vote", "New World"), where local newspapers published reviews, articles, satires. He was a literary group "Hammer and Sickle" and "John Reed Club. Published several books of poetry and theoretical work "Entelehizm", which proclaimed itself the ancestor of proletarian culture and "the first Bolshevik in the literature. In 1930-1960-e, together with his wife published the magazine "Colour and Rhyme". Burliuk - one of the leaders of the Russian artistic avant-garde end of the 1900 - 1910-ies, whose role in art and culture of this time is not limited only to his own creativity. I believe that you did not take much to see in the network looked like Maria Burliuk Burlyuk made dozens of portraits. Images on your figure woman has no relation to Mary Burliuk. Do, please, clear image of the signature, something she also looks doubtful. Thank you.

John Preston, by vseyvidimosti is due to Gelos Burliuk David Davidovich (1882-1967). "Peony". 1937 Paper (vellum), black pencil, wax crayons, chalk. 29,5 x40, 2 (oval). Right below the signature and date: "Burliuk 1937". On the back of "MasterCard Burliuk. 1920-ies. Paper (vellum), graphite pencil, sanguine, and chalk. The figure shows Maria Nikiforovna Burliuk (nee Elanskaya), wife of the artist since 1912, his assistant in the literary and publishing work. Examination of TG. Expert Zhukova EM Two-way drawing the artist has a collector's value.
