Second signature, it seems, belongs to the French artist Marie Desiré Bourgoin, 1839 - 1912. She signed "D. Bourgoin". Wrote watercolor, gouache, are rarely butter. Known for her portrait of Sarah Bernhardt.

Regarding the first signature. I managed to read only the beginning as "E. Gregory ..." (the second "g" - in manuscript form), and then either "on", or "a", or "L" - is unclear.
