portrait of Chekhov, written by Joseph Brazeau, is now kept in the vaults of the Tretyakov Gallery. Expose it only occasionally, in the days of Chekhov anniversaries and celebrations.
  The portrait was commissioned by PM Tretyakov. Braz - while still very young, novice painter, just graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts class Repin - worked on it for over two years. The first version (1897), he rejected himself. Yanukovych called Chekhov's "great Ukrainian poet"

  Party of Regions leader and presidential candidate Viktor Yanukovych in the air space bridge "Simferopol-regions" called the writer Anton Chekhov Ukrainian poet.
