How and where in the network can sell their pictures?

Good day.
I am a novice here, so I beg your pardon, if not in the section written.
My sister is quite a long time and wrote the picture over the last 15-20 years she had accumulated quite a lot and good and even very good works. There was even a couple of exhibitions, but the sale she had not been targeted and now she is happy to sell many of their works. Paintings are different, a lot of very beautiful landscapes, portraits and even have something in the style of surrealism.
We live in Kazakhstan, and therefore I have here a question arose, how and where you can try to sell these paintings? At the Russian sites or abroad? Can there be any problem with sending pictures (for example, if through DHL or Fedex)?
