Hans Zatska was born March 8, 1859 in Vienna, home builder. He spent his childhood in the 19th district of Vienna, on Breytenser Strasse 2 (during the life of Hans Zatska never left the house for a long time). His artistic talent became evident at an early age. From 1877 to 1882 Hans Zatska studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, his teacher was a professor Blaas. In training Hans Zatska achieved great success and in 1880 he was awarded a gold medal. After completing his studies he made several research trips to Italy, and later studied fresco painting in churches and portraits. Special interest in Hans Zatski enjoyed genre painting, the ideal female images and cupids (Amur). At the age of 26 he got his first significant public order: the manufacture of the ceiling fresco in the Kurhaus in Baden, near Vienna. Shows a Naiad Baden "(original title" Badener Quellennymphe ") with cupids and historical inscriptions. In the life of Hans Zatska earned religious paintings, paintings of churches and altars. He lived in his home studio, absorbed in his work. Hans Zatska never took pupils and not engaged in teaching. The only way for relatives to see him, it was mealtimes. I drew Hans Zatska to 80 years of age. On July 9, 1945, Vienna, the then vice-mayor Kuntshak personally invited in writing to the Deputy Secretary Professor Karl Lyugmayeru of Minoritenplatsa, assign 87-year-old painter, professor. 16 th August 1945 the rector of the Academy of Fine Arts said that the Professors' Council unanimously approved a ministerial proposal. Died Hans Zatska 17 th December 1945

German Z reads like a Russian T, so it would be rather Tsattska, but because he is from Vienna, it is possible Hungarian origin and the name could be read otherwise. In the German Wikipedia, I found no reference to the particular reading of the names Zatzka, so it will be correct version with C.

The preposition "from" in this case is incorrect. Minoritenplatts ( "Area Franciscans" because it is located at the Franciscan Church) in Vienna is almost identical to par with the Kremlin. As we would say - "the Kremlin received a proposal to assign him the title of national" as well as in Austria recommendations with Minoritenplatts "meant a government recommendation, because in Minoritenplatts located and the Foreign Ministry today, the seat of the Federal Chancellery, the Ministry of Culture and so important institution.
