This masterpiece of an unknown Italian master known as "Rape of Ganymede" (about 1630 /40 years), was sold at a German auction for 163 800 EUR. Striking similarity with figure paintings by Michelangelo Buonarroti, relating to 1533. Perhaps the author was familiar with the works of his great countryman.
