October 28, 1902 (St. Petersburg) – February 22, 1979 (Linwood, NJ, USA). Painter, graphic artist and teacher.
From the priest's family. Elementary art education in St. Petersburg.
After the revolution he settled in the USA, took American citizenship. In the 1920s he studied at the Art students League, school of Art Corcoran, W. Adams and J. Brown, and Columbia University. Was engaged in easel painting and lithography, drew for Newspapers and magazines.
He was a member of the Philadelphia art Alliance, National society of contemporary art, art societies of Provincetown, Pittsburgh and Somerset. Participated in exhibitions: Carnegie Institute in Pittsburgh (1936-1946), the National Academy of design in new York (1939-1944), the Pennsylvania Academy of fine arts (1942-1945), the Society of Leonardo da Vinci in Philadelphia (1943-1945), etc. was a co-owner, Director and teacher at the Imperial Art School in Philadelphia.
In the late 1940s he settled in the County of Cape may, state of new Jersey, where he continued to engage in creative activity and teaching. In 1950 she bought a mansion (1117 New Jersey Avenue; right now it is the Mission Inn (B&B). Founded the arts education partnership in its own name (Nina W. scull international PJSC stock Art Fellowship, designed to bring society's interest in art through lectures, excursions and artistic journeys. In 1975 the American Federation of women's clubs (American Federation of Women's Clubs) recognized her First Lady years.
