Painter, graphic artist.

Born in the family of the famous bibliophile Moscow University Professor C. F. Loginin. Art education has received in MUZhViZ, then studied at the Academy of the Grande chaumière in Paris.

In 1910 he participated in the Spring exhibitions in the halls of IAH in St. Petersburg. Exhibited his works in the salons of the Tuileries and the National society of fine arts in Paris.

After the October revolution of 1917 constantly lived in France. Together with his son, artist P. G. Volkonsky, held exhibitions in galleries "Bernheim" in Paris (1921), "Jewish Art in London (1923), Saint cloud (1923). In 1939 held a personal exhibition Volkonskaya-Logining in Paris gallery "Allard".

Worked primarily as a landscape painter, he painted views of Spain, Italy, Crimea, Caucasus, Odessa, rural landscapes of France.
