Bohemian Life in Paris around 1900 in Frankfurt Schirn gallery (Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt) which presents more than 200 works by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec , Van Gogh , Pablo Picasso, Suzanne Valadon , Edgar Degas and others created in the Parisian world bohemia at the turn of the century. Historical photographs , as well as numerous posters , graphics are designed to illuminate aspects of one of the most colorful chapters in the history of art of the time and consider the sociological context of the time and identify the changing role of the artist.

Disreputable 18 arrondissement proved particularly attractive to some of the most important contemporary artists.
Montmartre at the time had the original rural character , the alternative fashion world megacities Belle Époque its impressive inhabitants - thieves , musicians, beggars , artists, prostitutes, circus performers and drunks .
