Igor Bespalov was born December 25, 1965 in g /n Hotimsk ( Mogilev region . , Belarus). Graduated from Vitebsk State Pedagogical University . He currently lives and works in Mogilev.

Regular participant of regional and city exhibitions and plein air . I. Bespalov solo exhibitions were held in Mogilev , Bobruisk, Minsk , Gorky , Vitebsk. His works are in museums in Mogilev and Vitebsk, in private collections in Belarus, the USA , Japan, Germany , France, Russia .
Currently solo exhibition of Igor Bespalov " Semiotics of romance and poetry" held in Mogilev.
