The results of the All-Russian competition of art among inmates , organized by the Board of Trustees of the correctional system and the Union of artists of Russia , with the assistance of the Federal Penitentiary Service . On the creative competition , held under the motto " Art for barbed wire changes life " has traditionally been represented by a large number of works from different regions of the penal institutions of Russia , many of which were highly appreciated by the jury. Attention of the leading masters of fine arts was awarded and the work of the convict from IR -2 FPS Russia on the Trans-Baikal Territory .

- This annual contest and is traditionally carried out in two stages: first, the best works are regional filter then evaluated already at the federal level , - the inspector of educational work with convicts edge FPS Dmitry Chomutov . - From the Trans-Baikal FPS for the contest has been convicted of an operation of the IR -2, which carries their pictures in a unique technique .

Diploma contest creativity involved since 2004 , participated in the design of buildings in the Republic of Buryatia. In 2008 , already being in prison , he, along with two other prisoners , began to create paintings for a rare technique of carving on hardboard ( plastic ) . During their joint activity was " drawn " about 50 works of high artistic level. In the development of the young wizard took an active part of the well-known artist Agin- Sayan Shuhertueva .

The work that provided the competition is devoted to the historical theme and epic characters. The main character - Genghis Khan , as its name - "The wind of time."

As the author of a paper on the canvas , he sought to show Genghis Khan is not bloodthirsty oppressors people, and an excellent commander , wise Khan , who managed to unite different peoples and to create a powerful state .

Creativity convicted transbaikalian IR -2 did not go unnoticed : by the competent jury he recognized student of competition in the near future certificate of participation will be awarded to him in a solemn ceremony .
