Malagis Vladimir Ilyich (1902-1974)
Nee - Elia Getselevich Malagis Woolf.
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1971).
Since 1916, received
art education in the workshop L.Kyuna on Nevsky Prospekt,
at the same time until 1918 attended the School of Drawing at the Art Promotion
in Petrograd,
where he studied with V.A.Plotnikova, V.I.Navozova, N.P.Himony.
