Cultural Foundation "ArtChronika" is in the "Drummer" new work by Grisha Bruskin "Collection archaeologist».

The unique design of the artist, consisting of 33 bronze sculptures will be presented for the first time in Russia.

Sculptures of «Collections archaeologist» Bruskin were created several years ago in the foundry Salvadori Arte in Pistoia (Tuscany, Italy) and have a special history. After creating the sculptures were buried in the earth for three years and recovered in 2009. During his stay underground artifacts covered the natural patina and collapsed under the influence of time and temperature. Specifically in order to verify the chemical composition of the patina Italian scientists have been three types of studies that have confirmed that this corrosion occurs in these archaeological finds.

The project is unique in that it is a large-scale installation of this archaeological site. It demonstrates the transformation of the bronze sculptures in psevdoartefakty Soviet civilization, which are perceived today as a testimony of the great ancient empires of the past.

Architecture and exhibition design «Collection archaeologist» carries Bureau BERNASKONI. Architects, according to the concept Bruskin, plan to turn one of the rooms of "Drummer" in the archaeological excavations.
