"Creating large sculptures in public places is not possible without the participation of the authorities, who most often are the customers. And in Russia, perhaps, the authorities have not yet understood the importance of this part of contemporary art, you need to move forward, to bring contemporary art to the streets and squares "- he said.
According to the sculptor, "the lack of modern sculpture in public spaces - is not just a problem for Russia, the same for a long time it was in Spain."
