Anatoly Zaslavsky was born in 1939 in Kiev, during the war he was evacuated to Turkmenistan, but at the end of the war, the family has returned to Kiev, where the future artist studying at the Art School. In 1957 he entered the Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko, which was first adopted by the pedagogical department, and later transferred to the Faculty of Painting, from which there and then expelled for poor knowledge of the Ukrainian language. Exclusion prompted the artist to come to Leningrad and entered the Higher Art School named after Mukhina at the department of monumental painting.
 
At the turn of the seventies and eighties of the twentieth century, when I started singing career Zaslavsky, his painting is different from the academically rigorous manner his cheerfulness, looseness, honesty and love for color.
