Shabanov VV - A talented artist, muralist, painter, member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1983 In 1975, he graduated from Penza Art College. K.A.Savitskogo. In 1980, the Council commended his first degree at the Moscow Higher Art - Industrial Art (former Stroganov).
