VV Kremer is the range of artists from Leningrad . In his youth he lived in Tsarskoye Selo. Formal artistic education is not received , the advice of one of the greatest teachers of the St. Petersburg Imperial Academy of Arts PP Chistyakov ( 1832-1919 ). Befriended and worked with artist Carlo Christmas . In 1939 he was the chief artist of the USSR pavilion at the World 's Fair in New York. His works are in many regional museums , private collections in Russia and abroad.
