Well, in the manner of Van Dyck is a little similar.

Watching what century copy.

I think this is at least the very end of the 17th century or the 18th.

But it's hard to tell because the photo ...

Added after 2 minutes 25 minutes
But if this is still a copy of the second half of the 17th century, it may be of some value such as a school of Van Dyck.

Which I highly doubt that this is a school of Van Dyck and Tues
floor.
The 17th century.

But basically copied the artist enough masterovity.
