Dear Colleagues,

Could you provide any biographical information about the artist S.Voiarov?

Above the picture was bought in Moscow in 1991, a very high price , I have heard , there are three copies of the same picture.
Does anyone know what happened to the artist , and if his career is going ?

Any information is appreciated.
