The project is The Kiss Of Life, which included paintings and drawings created over the last decade - the best proof of this.
Icons at the marina forms its own and yet rooted in the tradition of visual codes. In aesthetics and content of her work echoes the archaic art of Africa and the whole history of his adaptation of European art practices: from Fauvism, Expressionism, up to the same Riefenstahl to her later photographic series about the life of the African continent. Large icons at the Marina decorative paintings in which the materiality of a realistic form of written perdmetnyh dissolved in the dynamics of rhythms and lines seem to be a solid color and ornamental apology. In particular it is shown clearly in a series devoid of plaque symbolic figurative works that the artist took a separate place. The expressiveness of meditative images with the names of speakers - Infinity (Infinity), Revelation (opening), Initiation (Dedication) - is based on pure combination of abstract lines, contours and color spots.
Under the bright acrylic surface of the canvas is hidden deep semantic bottom, and graphic sheets - concise images, signs, going back to the ancient symbols of the peoples of the Far East, North Africa and Chukotka - the semantic background emerges already with uncompromising clarity. In the paintings of icons at the Marina figurative motifs lose their specificity: the images of strange animals, exotic plants and naked mulatto, basking in the rays of the equatorial sun, reinterpreted as the images of universal states of man and nature, the archetypes of their relationship. Here, every line, every spot is a colorful small step in the creative artist's identity.
