I can not find an artist with such a signature.

Judging by the signature ( why do not you show the painting ? It would have been much easier) , you - the picture of contemporary Italian artist Rosario Palumbo (Rosario Palumbo, 1959 -) , writing under the pseudonym "G. Golia", but the signature on the pattern indicates also real name . He works "under the XIX century ", in my opinion, the ordinary imitator . More you can read about it in
