Here are samples of signatures Diaz da la Pena . Signature had been relatively stable : "N. Diaz" with a pronounced tilt to the left , and the letter "a" it never wrote as a capital "A". So it is doubtful that the signature on your picture - it. I think that song is not typical for him - in forest landscapes , he preferred to strictly rocker , often an almost symmetrical composition , and the trees in the foreground had not crossed.
