Biography: Vladimir G. GREMITSKIH was born 12/14/1916 in Novonikolayevsk (Novosibirsk).
From 1932 to 1936 he studied at the Moscow Art School 1905 in KC Zefirov, then under Mikhail Sokolov.
From 1936 to 1942 (with a break at the front), studied at the Moscow Art Institute. Surikov in PD Pokarzhevskogo, V. Pochitalova, IE Grabar and S. Gerasimov, the studio is, and graduated from the institute.
