Artist David Howell (David Howell) - President of the Royal society of marine painters, was born in Hertfordshire in 1939. For a long time lived and worked in the middle East, where his paintings were a considerable success, has released an illustrated book under the name" City of the red sea".

David paints mainly landscapes and seascapes. Also it inspires horse riding, racing. His paintings are represented at the annual exhibition of the Royal Society of marine artists and other exhibitions at the Mall Galleries in London, the work can be seen in the middle East, USA, Australia and Hong Kong. David Now roams between the warm South of England: scenic Devon and Cornwall, and the harsh North Yorkshire, where close track of the competition on the jumps.
David Howell became President of the Royal society of marine painters in 2009. Despite its age, it still works 7 days a week. David had more than 20 solo exhibitions in various parts of the world, and continues to participate in joint exhibitions of painters in London.
