Oksana grew up in a family of artists, with 3-х years studied painting in his father"s Studio for several hours a day. At the age of eleven years she was offered a place at the Lithuanian State School of Fine Art for gifted children in the class of professors LukshisandAdamkus, one of the most famous artists of Lithuania.
